Our team is devoted to helping young people find a program that meets their needs.

Omar Aldaco-Silva, Peer Connector

Omar has always been passionate about community service, but it wasn’t until he joined WELS that he got deeply involved. WELS is a residential high school program focused on leadership development, environment education, and academics. His experience with WELS made Omar an enthusiastic hiker and camper, as well as a strong community leader and advocate. Omar is also a former ReOpp client, who re-engaged with his education by enrolling at Renton Technical College! Omar was so inspired by the experience that, then the opportunity to work for ReOpp came up, he did not think twice about applying. He plans on studying Business Administration at South Seattle College, while continuing to change lives all throughout his community!

Tevin Gladney, Peer Connector
